Design and R&D Team /Product Designers/ Product Engineers:
Product designers are responsible for developing innovative product designs by researching current market trends and understanding client requirements. The team is indulged in continuous innovation of the existing product range to add new features and modules. Also, the team innovates to improve products in terms of energy consumption, machine size, production capacity, maintenance requirement and automation.
Production Team / Engineers:
Responsible for streamlining production, production engineers ensure compliance with stipulated and applicable production standards during the manufacturing of Qualimark products. The highly-trained team of qualified engineers and production experts maintain efficiency in operations while ensuring compliance with global production standards.
Supervisors, Technicians & Shop Floor Workers:
The supervisors, shop floor workers and technicians team assists production engineers and work towards accelerating the process of production at the shop floor. These hardworking professionals are responsible for actual production of high-quality Qualimark machinery and taking care of production operations at the ground level.
Sales & Marketing Professionals:
The sales and marketing professionals at Qualimark try to effectively promote the products in different markets and among corporate customers. These professionals employ their sales and marketing skills to educate the end-customers about the benefits of using Qualimark products and how innovation-driven and world-class product range serve as an effective solution to Chapati and Khakhra manufacturing problems.
After Sales Support Professionals:
After sales support is a strong pillar that differentiates Qualimark from others. A dedicated team of after sales support professionals handles customer after sales queries and provide end-to-end service support, quickly. The team follows a strict and completely unique support system defined by the management in order to ensure world-class after sales support to the customers involving many first-of-its-kind customer support initiatives.

Naval Pithava –
Founder
Qualimark Machines Pvt. Ltd.An expert in hydraulic systems, special purpose machines and sheet metal fabrication, Naval is a pioneer in designing and developing sophisticated machinery for different uses. With a formal degree from Prototype Development Training Center, Rajkot, he developed a number of special purpose machines like puff mould machine, drum door machine, etc. for established conglomerates such as Blue Star, Konark, Voltas, Birla Copper, Welspun, etc. An innovator at par with international counterparts, he was first person to introduce HMPS (Hollow Metal Press Steel) doors and windows in India in 1986.
His employed his innovative mindset and research skills to develop innovative solutions for the global food processing industry through Qualimark. His vision and hard work bore fruits and he was successful in developing a number of successful machines such as hydraulic-based khakhra making machines and single conveyor technology-based chapati making machines.
Naval’s innovative approach, experience and skills guide Qualimark and he will keep on employing its expertise to make Qualimark a leader in its segment.
Nimesh Pithava –
Director, Sales & Marketing
Qualimark Machines Pvt. Ltd.Nimesh Pithava is the elder son of Naval Pithava and takes care of sales and marketing strategy at Qualimark. He has rich experience and expertise in marketing, sales and mechanical streams owing to a B.Tech and MBA degree. He took Qualimark to a higher pedestal in 2014 by starting export of Qualimark machines to different countries. His insightful sales and marketing strategy along with his efforts helped Qualimark to scale export operations and successfully export machines to 17+ countries around the globe. His efforts also helped Qualimark products to reach 18 states in India.
He employed his skills to develop international-grade systems and SOPs for Qualimark and took stringent measures and steps to improve the performance of products and after sales support process. He is a key player behind Qualimark’s innovative initiatives, strategies and decisions that improved the management and after sales customer support process.
A business leader with sharp entrepreneurial knack, he is invited frequently to speak about his entrepreneurial journey as a guest lecturer to various colleges and institutes such as Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India.
Sagar Pithava –
Director, R&D & Production
Qualimark Machines Pvt. Ltd.Sagar Pithava is the younger son of Naval Pithava and heads the R&D efforts at Qualimark. He holds a graduate degree in Electrical Engineering and has keen interest in design and development of innovative machinery. He led the efforts to set up an advanced R&D center at Qualimark for product design and innovation. He employed his expertise in developing India’s first compact automatic chapati making machine along with improving existing product designs of khakhra making and chapati making machines by Qualimark.
He streamlined production operations and overlooks the development and design efforts at Qualimark that helps the company in bringing innovative food processing machines as per a customer’s needs.
