  • SKILL: Excellent communication skills, Good in coordination, Client Relationship, a positive, confident and determined approach and a high degree of self-motivation and ambition

  • ABILITIES: The ability and desire to sell, resilience and the ability to cope with rejection, Negotiation, Team player as well as an individual contributor, Relationship Building.
  • EDUCATION: Any Graduate
  • EXPERIENCE: Min 0-2 years sales coordination experience
  • Fluency in Gujarati is preferable.
  • KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Act as the primary point of contact for all inbound sales enquiries.
    • Ensure timely introductory call and follow up calls.
    • Ensure timely and frequent contacts with customers to build and maintain the relation.
    • Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing documents/entering in system important data and communicating relevant information
    • Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
    • Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
    • Meeting customer needs and expectations, reviewing & addressing the same at regular intervals
    • Maintaining quality calls by establishing and enforcing organization standards
    • Ensuring that the system is complying with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 & Statutory & Regulatory Compliances
    • Responsible for maintaining and validation of daily report, monthly report, annual report & MIS [& all the records of the division]
    • Identifying Defects, Delays, Mistakes, Suggestions, Cost Utilization measures &, Determining its Root Cause & Implementing Suitable Corrective Action upon it, for its mitigation – if there is any report
    • Assuring that all the activities are executed as per the SOPs as defined in QMS
    • Creating a good working environment in the plant including Standard waste disposal, Housekeeping & hygiene.
    • To comply with the management requirements and critical aspects of deadlines.
    • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
    • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
    • Any other task as assigned by Management as and when required.
  • Designation: Sr. Service Engineer
  • Qualification: Diploma / B.E (Mechanical or Electrical)
  • Experience: Min 2yrs Max 6 yrs
  • SKILL : Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in order to understand and convey the problem and solution to customers and top management. Team management skills
  • KNOWLEDGE : Knowledge of all the parts of the product as well as familiarity with electrical or mechanical procedures that may have effect on the product.
  • ABILITIES : People Management, High attention to detail, organized and proactive, Able to work in stressful condition and open to frequent travel
  • Job Description
    • Responsible for installing of products at customer premise and giving training to the customer about the product.
    • Responsible for the maintenance of products that have been sold. Have to review each machine after a specific period of time, so that fault, if any, is identified and rectified to avoid any major problems in the future.
    • To offer off-site corrective and preventive maintenance as well as other after-sales technical support solutions as per TAT.
    • Sustains rapport with key accounts by timely servicing thus ensuring less chance of breakdown.
    • Plan and ensure videos are prepared regarding installation, preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of products.
    • Ensure installation and troubleshooting is done as per TAT.
    • Identifying root cause & preparing CAPA for all complaints. To make detailed reports on all the work that is done on each machine.
    • Responsible for getting AMC.
    • Conduct analysis of frequent complaints being raised and the parts required frequently for resolving such issues and ensure that any such part that needs replacing is available in stock. Also to bring such frequent repetitive complaints to the knowledge of concerned person to get it rectified.
    • To ensure sufficient inventory of equipment required for the repair work is available at any given point of time.
    • To develop remote service stations wherever viable and responsible for recruitment of service technicians for these locations.
    • Ensure recovery of all rejected parts against FOC
    • Ensure on time payment for service.
    • Planning & Conducting Internal Audit as per QMS
    • Maintaining quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards and protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
    • Responsible for preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and validation of daily report, monthly report, annual report & MIS [& all the records of the division]
    • Assuring that all the activities are executed as per the SOPs as defined in QMS
    • Providing proper training to the staff regarding the SOPs, Safety, Waste Disposal & Applicable Statutory & Regulatory Compliances
    • Creating a good working environment in the plant including Standard waste disposal, Housekeeping & hygiene.
